Miami Precision Concrete builds and replaces pool decks, from broom-finish surrounds to stamped patterns and cool-touch coatings, and repairs cracked decks and bad drainage.
A Miami pool deck faces year-round sun, daily storms, chlorine and salt air. It must be graded right, sealed against UV and algae, and cool on bare feet.
We pour pool decks in Pinecrest, Kendall and Coral Gables, and on Miami Beach.

A new surround goes on compacted base, graded away from the pool and isolated from the coping by an expansion joint. Broom finish runs $7 to $13 per square foot, so 800 square feet is $5,600 to $10,400.

Salt, chlorine and mildew soak into bare concrete. We apply a breathable, slip-resistant, UV-stable sealer and recommend resealing every couple of years.

Stamped concrete gives a travertine or stone look for less than pavers. Decorative work runs $12 to $22 per square foot and can match a concrete patio.

Muddy water in the pool means the deck slopes wrong. We fix the pitch and add channel drains, and a concrete retaining wall upslope can keep runoff off.

Smooth gray concrete burns feet in Miami sun. Light colors and textured finishes stay cooler and add wet grip.

Cracks at corners and a gap at the coping mean the base is moving. Spot cracks cost $3 to $8 per square foot to repair; widespread settling needs a new deck.
